The AF020 BRZ Hypermax S uses 6.0 kgf/mm front and 5.0 kgf/mm rear, identical rates to the GR86 AT027 application, reflecting the shared FA24 platform. BRZ-specific tuning in the damper valving accounts for minor differences in the BRZ suspension geometry calibration versus the GR86. Ride height adjustment is -15mm to -40mm front, -10mm to -35mm rear. The 36mm shock body and 30 clicks adjustment are consistent with the rest of the HIPERMAX S lineup.
BRZ Platform Nuances in the Hypermax S Calibration
The 2022+ BRZ and GR86 share architecture but Subaru and Toyota have historically allowed minor tuning differences between the two variants.
